MBF Career NeuroCoaching was born from the deep desire to help all those confused young people who have not been able to identify their Ideal Career. This is probably the first big challenge they face, as it is one of the most important decisions in life. Being able to better know themselves, their natural abilities, and innate inclinations provides them with greater clarity to discover their vocation, which results in a future full of satisfaction.

In the same way, we exist to support all those professional adults who are in the middle of a job change, either due to external circumstances or by their own decision. Knowing that there are resources to make a job or career transition, or even venture into entrepreneurship, helps them reduce fears and regain enthusiasm. And if we manage to combine the possibilities with their life's purpose, the result is invaluable.
Our methodology is distinguished by the combination of synergistic elements it possesses, making it much more comprehensive. It is an investment that will benefit the whole life of the young person since it removes them from the usual lack of orientation about which career to choose and focuses them towards their true professional north. On the other hand, it provides a ray of hope to those professionals who have been carrying on their shoulders for years a job dissatisfaction that does not have to be eternal, either because they do not enjoy what they do, or because it is simply time to carry out a long-awaited change. No matter the situation, we can always transition to a path that brings us greater peace and joy.
